Stickers

All sticker sales are final.
Once they leave our hands, they are yours forever.
If USPS folds it in half, loses it, or your dog eats it, email us and we’ll make it right.

Apparel

We accept returns or exchanges on apparel within 14 days of delivery, because sometimes sizing is a gamble.

Rules:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Not trail tested

• Still smells like a warehouse, not a campfire

If we messed up or the print is jacked, that’s on us, we’ll make it right.
If you ordered the wrong size, return shipping is on you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Zac@torkdup4x4.com with:

• Your order number

• What went wrong

• Photos if something is actually wrong

Don’t send stuff back without emailing first, it’ll just get sad and lost.

Refunds

Once we get your return and confirm it’s still alive, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, not us.
